Klenk's epoxy - how much do i need?Message: We are planning on re-glazing my bathtub. It's a standard size and we'll be painting white over white. How do I know how much of the epoxy I will need. I notice it's sold in 500ml and 1L. Also, approximately how long will the fumes remain? We'll have fans running but since I'm pregnant I'll be staying away from the apartment while the painting and curing is going on. |

RE: Klenk's epoxy - how much do i need? Message: You will be able to apply 2 coats onto your standard tub using the 500mL kit. The best option is to have a fan in the window (or alternatively a ceiling fan) that sucks the air out of the room. Maintain a temperature in the room at at least 25C. The product should take approximately 2 hours to dry completely for each coat. Therefore after about 4 hours you will not be able to smell anything. |
