Pine French DoorsMessage: My apartment has pine french doors that the previous owner had stripped and then varnished. The varnish is quite uneven as some areas shine while others are dull. I would like to stain them a dark color, however I can''''t sand within the apartment. Would you recommend Stain''''n Varnish under these circumstances? |

RE: Pine French Doors Message: You can use Stain''n Varnish to change the colour of the doors. However, if you do not do any sanding to dull the existing finish you run the risk of Stain''n Varnish not adhering properly and yielding an uneven colour. |
